Delores-Hello, reservations, this is Delores, may I help you?
Ying-Yes, I would like a room.
D-What nights will you be staying with us?
Y-Next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I will leave on Thursday Mourning.
D-How many people are in your party?
Y-One, just myself.
D-Do you have any preferences?
Y-Yes. I would like a low floor.
D-No problem sir. We have one available on the fifth floor. That is the first floor of our guest rooms.
Y-I would like your lowest priced room.
Do you have any special rates for those days?
D-Are you a government employee, a motor club or an AARP member?
Y-No
D-Well, our lowest priced room is $299 per night which includes all taxes.
Y-I saw on the internet , that you had rooms for $189 per night.
D-Oh that would be only if you booked on line sir.
Y-Oh ok. Ah, lets go ahead and book the rooms now. I am afraid of problems by booking on line.
D-Sure sir, I understand.
Let me check something, Actually, I can give you the $189 per night rate.
Y-Great!
D-OK so you want to book a room for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday August 24th through the 26th checking out on the 27th.

Oh what are the check-in and check-out times?
D-Check-in is after 11 AM and Check-out is by 12 noon.
Y-Oh, Is it possible I can check in at ten because my flight arrives early.
D-Sure sir, that should not be a problem.

D-Oh yes our fitness center is on the ninth floor. It Is free for our guests to use.
Y-What is the fee for bringing a guest.
D-Guests are $15 a day.

Y-Yes sure.
